Section titled “Development Profile”Development Profile is a dedicated StatePort-owned persistent browser profile for daily development. It can retain browser settings, extensions, and local login state. It is not your normal Chrome profile and is never made portable through a State Capsule.
Clean Session
Section titled “Clean Session”Clean Session starts a fresh browser context. StatePort restores only the exact State Card configuration, safe capsule state, and permitted machine-local Auth Binding. A successful Clean Session is the only mode that can be marked Verified.
If a card depends on authentication that exists only in Development Profile, Clean Session reports an auth-required state rather than reusing that profile or contacting the captured remote service.
For Local app, choose either session in the reproduction launcher. Original environment uses an isolated Clean Session.
Capture from ordinary Chrome
Section titled “Capture from ordinary Chrome”The Chrome Capture extension records only the tab you explicitly select in your ordinary Chrome. It does not copy that profile. Selected existing sign-in can be kept separately on this device through Review for the exact original application. The saved Card still reproduces in StatePort’s managed browser; coding agents cannot control your ordinary Chrome tab through StatePort.
